Job summary

GeekSoft Consulting in Amsterdam is seeking a senior SAP specialist to design, build and continuously improve the client's online platform. You will research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices and ensure resiliency and availability of multiple products.

The role requires hands-on work with SAP BTP HANA Cloud, XSA migration, XS Advanced, XSODATA/XSJS, and DevOps tools like Bitbucket and Jenkins.

Qualifications

• 5 years of strong SAP BTP HANA Cloud Modeling experience, including Calculation Views, Table Functions, and SQL Stored Procedures.
• 2 years of XSA migration experience is mandatory, including HANA Cloud migration using the XSA Migration Toolkit.
• Good working knowledge of SAP BW on HANA and strong SQL skills.
• Must have experience working on at least two full-cycle HANA implementations as a HANA Modeler in a production environment, along with a deep understanding of XS Advanced (XSA) features and capabilities.
• Experience with XSODATA, XSJS, and familiarity with SDA, SDI, and SLT concepts are also required.
• Experience with DevOps tools such as Bitbucket and Jenkins is essential. Prior experience in HANA Cloud migration is an added advantage.
• Strong customer focus and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to take ownership and drive tasks independently.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and taking initiative.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
