Job summary

Atos is seeking an experienced SAP Development Consultant to design and develop innovative solutions based on SAP BTP, AI Foundation, and related systems. Reporting to the BTP Architect Lead, you will drive development across multiple R&D projects and collaborate closely with a distributed team.

The role emphasizes Agile delivery, strong customer engagement, and the ability to deliver demos and artifacts for stakeholders. Prior SAP BTP implementations and SAP AI experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as an SAP Development Consultant.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and tooling.
• Proven track record with multiple SAP BTP implementations.

Responsibilities

• Manage one or more R&D projects with a small, distributed team.
• Collaborate with Architect Lead to ensure best practice adoption and new ideas.

Job Description

Responsible for designing and developing innovative solutions using the SAP Business Technology Platform. Reporting to the BTP Architect Lead, he/she will be responsible for at least one of the 4 R&D projects currently approved and budgeted for. The main focus of development will the based on SAP Business AI, SAP AI Foundation and BTP. Atos is developing 100s of agents for a number of scenarios including, but not limited to Business Transformation Management, Migration/Conversion, Upgrades, Carve Outs and Support Services. Development will be Agile and will require excellent knowledge and experience of Agile methodologies, Jira and other Agile tooling including SAP.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage one of the R&D projects with a small team (<10 developers) from multiple locations
• Work with the Architect Lead to ensure best practice adoption Innovate and bring new ideas and developments to the attention of the Architect Lead
• Actively engage with customer stakeholders, prepare demos and all supporting content
• Be prepared to work on short customer projects to support customer co-innovation

Key Requirements

• At least 10 years experience as an SAP Development Consultant
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and tooling
• At least 5 full SAP BTP implementations.
• Developed at least 5 custom SAP AI agents
• Certified SAP BTP, SAP Business AI
• Certified in at least 1 other SAP discipline - can be functional or technical or project management
• Excellent written and oral communications
