Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Territory Sales Specialist to grow the Sports Medicine business across North Netherlands. You will build relationships with surgeons, hospital staff and stakeholders, manage accounts, and drive tenders and clinical value demonstrations.

Fluency in Dutch and English, a Bachelor’s degree, and 2+ years in sales or business development are required. A valid driving licence and ability to travel about 80% are essential.

• Align stakeholders, understand decision-making processes, build clinical strategies and demonstrate clinical value.
• Develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, clinical champions and reference sites.
• Support procedures, workshops and product training after required clinical education.
• Help shape and execute the annual marketing plan in the territory.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer service, finance, operations and Stryker colleagues.
• Maintain reliable forecasts, account plans and pipeline information.
