Contentway, based in Amsterdam, is expanding its European footprint and seeks an English-speaking Sales Project Manager to oversee campaigns from concept to publication with City AM as a partner.

You will engage clients, translate objectives into concrete proposals, coordinate with editorial teams and media partners, manage campaigns end-to-end, and maintain strong relationships using CRM systems. The role offers a fixed salary with a bonus and hybrid work options.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional and intellectual ability.
0–2 years experience in a commercial or sales role.
Based in Amsterdam or the surrounding area.
Fluent in English (Native speaker).

At Contentway, we create thematic publications distributed through media outlets such as City AM. Our approach goes beyond traditional advertising. We focus on high-quality, informative articles designed to establish thought leadership, build trust and create a strong thematic fit between brands and their audiences.Contentway has recently expanded into the UK market, with City AM as one of our key media partners. We are already active in several European markets, including Scandinavia, Germany, Belgium, France, Switzerland and Austria. As we continue to grow our presence across Europe and establish ourselves in the UK, we are looking for English-speaking talent to help us develop this market and build strong relationships with British companies.

Your role: From concept to publication

As a Sales Project Manager, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of a campaign. You will be assigned a specific theme (such as AI, digital transformation and sustainabilty) and will be responsible for bringing the publication to life over a two-month period, working closely with the editorial team, industry experts and companies looking to share their perspectives.After these two months, your special will be published alongside City AM, with your name featured in the publication. Strong communication skills and the ability to persuade clients are essential to success in this role.

What you'll do

Your profile

An interest in communications, media and business content.
Strong listening, organizational and questioning skills.
An analytical and structured approach to your work.
Some experience in a commercial or sales role (0–2 years).
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional and intellectual ability
Based in Amsterdam or the surrounding area.
Fluent in English (Native speaker)

Fixed salary: €2,750–€4,125 per month, plus a performance-based bonus structure. The average bonus is approximately €25,000 per year, based on current average performance.
