Job summary

Protolabs in Amsterdam is seeking a dynamic Sales Intern to join our sales team. You will reach out to brand new potential companies and collaborate with engineering and purchasing teams to land the first deal.

The role offers exposure to outbound strategies with the Business Development team and a pathway to join the sales team within 3–6 months. Fluency in English plus French or German is required, along with enrollment in a Dutch/EU engineering degree program.

Qualifications

• French or German speaking required (oral and written)
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Enrolled at a Dutch/EU university as a 3rd/4th-year student (HBO, Bachelor's or Master’s) in a related engineering field

Responsibilities

• Join the sales team in Amsterdam as a Sales Intern.
• Collaborate with engineering and purchasing teams to land the first deal.
• Manage inbound requests and support customers during ordering.
• Work with Business Development to apply outbound strategies in key industries/regions.
• Contribute to projects to develop Protolabs’ value proposition.
• Apply sales tactics to support current and potential customers.

• We are looking for an energetic Sales Intern to join our sales team in Amsterdam. As the Sales Intern you will reach out to brand new potential companies and work together with their engineering and purchasing teams to land the first deal!
• Top performing Sales Intern will have the opportunity to work their way up to become part of the Sales team within 3-6 months
• The team is looking for 2 individuals, 1 Fluent in French and 1 Fluent in German
• Manage inbound request and support customer during the ordering process
• Work alongside the Business Development team in order to learn and apply outbound strategies in key industries/regions for Protolabs
• Work on specific projects to further develop the Protolabs value proposition
• Use sales tactics to support current and potential Protolabs customers

• Fluent in written and spoken English
• You have enrolled at a Dutch/EU university [OR: Dutch/ EU educational institution] as a 3rd/4th-year student for, an HBO, Bachelors or Master’s degree (ideally studying Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar)
