No two days are the same. Your morning starts by reviewing your sales pipeline, preparing for customer meetings, and identifying new prospects. You then spend time reaching out to potential clients, uncovering their business travel and mobility needs, and presenting tailored rental solutions.
In the afternoon, you may be visiting a corporate customer, negotiating a new agreement, or working with internal teams to onboard a newly won account. Between meetings, you analyze market opportunities, update forecasts, and collaborate with colleagues across Operations, Fleet, Pricing, and Customer Service to deliver the best possible customer experience.
Success in this role comes from building relationships, solving customer challenges, and consistently bringing new business opportunities into the organization. You are a trusted advisor, a strategic seller, and a key driver of growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and win new corporate accounts within assigned territories and target industries.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to contract signing and implementation.
- Conduct customer needs analyses and develop tailored mobility solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and procurement stakeholders.
- Management of a customer portfolio existing of
- Newly won accounts (~70%) and
- Existing accounts in your region (~30%)
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing customer satisfaction.
- Deliver regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Development and expansion of customer relationships

What We’re Looking For:
- Relevant educational background (e.g., Hospitality, Tourism, Automotive)
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in car rental, mobility, travel, automotive, or service industries is preferred.
- Commercially driven with a hunter mentality and passion for winning new business.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across a matrix organization.
