Je bent communicatief vaardig, proactief en flexibel inzetbaar, ook ’s avonds, in het weekend en op feestdagen. In deze rol werk je samen met collega’s om salesdoelstellingen te behalen, klanten te adviseren en een vlotte winkeloperatie te waarborgen.

Qualifications

• 0-3 jaar ervaring in de detailhandel.
• Zeker en comfortabel klanten aanspreken en een hoogwaardige klantervaring leveren.
• Gedreven om goede resultaten te behalen door enthousiasme voor klanten en sportartikelen.
• Initiatief nemen en taken uitvoeren zonder toezicht.
• Flexibele beschikbaarheid, ook 's avonds, in het weekend en op feestdagen.

Responsibilities

Kwalificaties

• 0-3 year of retail experience
• Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience

• Initiates completion of tasks or activities without necessary supervision
• Flexible availability - including nights, weekends, and holidays
