Job summary

De Bijenkorf in Amstelveen zoekt een Sales Associate. Je verwelkomt bezoekers, beantwoordt vragen en adviseert klanten over producten. Je laat bezoekers kennismaken met de nieuwste trends, geeft productadvies en begeleidt hen door het verkoopproces.

Daarnaast informeer je over het Bijenkorf-lidmaatschap en de huidige promoties. Je zorgt ervoor dat de afdeling schoon en georganiseerd blijft en zo elke bezoeker een unieke winkelervaring biedt.

Qualifications

• In staat om op weekdays, avonden en weekends te werken.
• Teamwork en klantgerichte benadering staan centraal.
• Goede communicatie in Nederlands en Engels.

Responsibilities

• Bezoekers verwelkomen en vragen beantwoorden.
• Klanten adviseren over producten en trends.
• Bezoekers informeren over lidmaatschap en lopende promoties.
• Zorgen voor een nette, opgeruimde afdeling.

About the role

As a Sales Associate, you are De Bijenkorf, and you always act in line with our five core values:

In your role as a Sales Associate, you will welcome visitors, answer questions, and advise customers on products. You'll take the time to inspire guests with the latest trends, provide product advice, and guide them through the sales process. Additionally, you'll inform guests about the Bijenkorf membership and highlight the current (exclusive) promotions.

Thanks to you, your department will always look clean and well-organized, allowing us to offer every visitor a unique shopping experience.

What we offer

Op basis van een fulltime dienstverband (38 uur per week) kun je conform onze CAO rekenen op:

• Een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 2.428,00 en € 2.622,00
