Job summary

Klipboard is seeking a Fixed Term Full Time O2C Finance Professional in Den Bosch. You will collaborate with Local Finance & Sales, UK colleagues, and support Quote-to-Invoice, contracts, and periodical indexation within a flexible hybrid work setup.

Strong Dutch/English, keen attention to detail, and ERP experience are essential to drive accurate invoicing and revenue recognition across entities.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch and English communication at all levels.
• Experience in O2C and contract management processes.
• Ability to work with cross-functional finance and sales teams.
• High attention to detail and organised work style.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complete Quote to Invoice process for the Dutch entity and possibly Belgium.
• Support raising quotations and process sales orders per KCS rules.
• Monitor backlog and ensure timely invoicing and renewals.
• Manage contract masterdata, indexation, renewals, and authorise charges.

• Kerridge Commercial Systems (trading as Klipboard) is the leading specialist supplier of fully integrated ERP systems and related services to niche vertical markets in the wholesale and retail distribution, logistics and service sectors.

• Following strengthening of the BNLX finance team and onboarding of all businesses onto our internal systems, this specialized role is essential within the BNLX finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be part of a O2C team, primarily the role will support our Dutch entity, however, the role could also be asked to support our Belgium entity as well.

You will work with the local Finance & Sales teams and the colleagues in the United Kingdom.

• Quote to Invoice process:
• Oversee complete process from Quote to Invoice
• Support business on raising quotations
• Accepting sales orders in accordance with KCS process and T&C’s
• Monitor- and report sales order backlog
• Assure timely processing of sales orders to invoices
• Contract management:
• Own, standardise and harmonise contract masterdata
• Applying periodical indexation of contract values
• Assure timely processing of contract renewals
• Manage and (critical) assess contract cancelations
• Create- and release software licence keys
• Approve back to back charges of third party suppliers
• Margin analysis on third party sales
• Customer queries are dealt with promptly and professionally, escalating where necessary
• General:
• Support internal organisation in best way possible
• Adhere to- and contribute to standardized ways of working
• Be part of the finance team, support and help out colleagues, act as OneTeam
• Carrying out other duties reasonably falling within the scope as required by the company
• Cooperate with international colleagues across the globe

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

• Excellent Dutch and English written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly, meaningfully and professionally at all levels
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse groups of individuals and maintain effective working relationships within a team environment
• Ability to work under pressure with limited time, direction and guidance to complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner
• Strong attention to detail
• Be highly organised and manage workload efficiently
• Work conscientiously and use own initiative
• Adopt a positive, pro-active approach to work
• Ability to recognise how, when and to whom an issue should be escalated
• Good working profession with computer programs such as Excel, Word and ERP system
