Job summary
Premier Tech Systems and Automation is seeking a Stainless Steel Welder to join their team in the Netherlands. You will assemble stainless steel products from drawings, perform TIG/MIG/MAG welding, and ensure high-quality finishes. The role emphasizes precise workmanship, 3D drawing interpretation, and safe workspace practices.
You will work in a small, friendly team with day shifts and opportunities to develop professionally within the CAO Metalektro framework and a solid pension plan.
Qualifications
- Preferably completed technical education at level 3 or 2–3 years of relevant welding experience.
- Experience welding stainless steel; aluminum/steel experience is a plus.
- Proficient TIG welding; experience with MIG/MAG is a plus.
- Able to read and translate technical drawings into a quality product.
- Work precisely with a focus on high-quality finishing and safe workspace.
Responsibilities
- Assemble stainless steel products and constructions based on drawings.
- Weld assemblies using TIG and MIG/MAG as required.
- Carry out welding tasks from drawings, including 3D drawings.
- Finish welds with sanding, grinding and inspection of quality.
- Check dimensions and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

Als RVS Lasser stel je aan de hand van een tekeningpakket (ook in 3D) hoogwaardige RVS-producten en -constructies samen. Je werkt nauwkeurig, levert strak laswerk af en draagt bij aan machines met een hoge kwaliteitsnorm.

- Het samenstellen van RVS-producten en -constructies aan de hand van technische tekeningen
- Het aflassen van samenstellingen, voornamelijk met TIG en waar nodig MIG/MAG
- Het uitvoeren van diverse lasopdrachten vanaf tekening, inclusief 3D-tekeningen
- Het nauwkeurig afwerken van je eigen werk, zoals schuren, slijpen en finishen van lassen
- Het controleren van maatvoering, kwaliteit en afwerking tijdens het gehele proces
- Het zelfstandig zorgen voor een nette en veilige werkplek
- Een volledig programmeerbaar lasapparaat voor TIG- en MIG/MAG-lassen
- Meetgereedschappen voor nauwkeurige maatvoering en controle
- Een vlaktafel voor het samenstellen van producten
- Gereedschappen om producten goed op te spannen
- Gereedschappen om RVS-producten zorgvuldig en strak af te werken
- Je hebt bij voorkeur een afgeronde technische opleiding op niveau 3, of minimaal 2 tot 3 jaar relevante laservaring
- Je hebt ervaring met het lassen van RVS; ervaring met aluminium en staal is mooi meegenomen
- Je beheerst TIG-lassen goed en hebt bij voorkeur ook ervaring met MIG/MAG-lassen
- Je kunt zelfstandig constructiebankwerkzaamheden uitvoeren
- Je kunt technische tekeningen zelfstandig lezen en vertalen naar een kwalitatief eindproduct
- Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor een hoogwaardige, nette afwerking
- Je hebt ervaring met handgereedschappen en meetmiddelen
- Je spreekt Nederlands en/of Engels

- Assembling stainless steel products and constructions based on technical drawings
- Welding assemblies, primarily using TIG and, where required, MIG/MAG
- Carrying out a variety of welding assignments based on drawings, including 3D drawings
- Carefully finishing your own work, including sanding, grinding and finishing welds
- Checking dimensions, quality and finishing throughout the entire process
- Independently maintaining a clean and safe workspace
- Fully programmable welding equipment for TIG and MIG/MAG welding
- Measuring tools for accurate dimensions and quality checks
- A flat welding table for assembling products
- Tools for securely clamping your products
- Tools to carefully and neatly finish stainless steel products
- Preferably, you have completed technical education at level 3 or have at least 2 to 3 years of relevant welding experience
- You have experience welding stainless steel; experience with aluminum and steel is a plus
- You are proficient in TIG welding and preferably also have experience with MIG/MAG welding
- You can independently carry out metalworking and fabrication tasks
- You can independently read and translate technical drawings into a high-quality product
- You work accurately and have an eye for high-quality, neat finishing
- You have experience using hand tools and measuring equipment
- You speak Dutch and/or English
