Job summary

Start People in Rotterdam is seeking a logistics employee to support the sorting center operations. You will sort, load and unload, scan and move packages to ensure accurate processing and on-time shipping in a dynamic team.

The position is full-time (40 hours) with an hourly rate of €14.80 gross, a temporary contract with possible extension, night and evening shift allowances, travel reimbursement, onboarding and training, and clear opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and able to handle packages up to 25 kg.
• Available for night shifts (23:00–08:00) including weekends.
• Basic English communication skills for operational clarity.
• Detail-oriented and accountable for assigned tasks.
• Team player with a dependable and flexible work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Sort packages and place them in the correct location.
• Load and unload trucks efficiently.
• Scan packages with a hand scanner to register and verify their accuracy.
• Move goods within the warehouse to organize and streamline operations.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace by following company guidelines.
