Job summary

ROCKWOOL in Roermond, Netherlands is seeking a proactive Production Worker / Forklift Driver to support production processes and logistics. This role combines forklift duties with hands-on production tasks, contributing to a smooth, efficient workflow in a dynamic environment.

You will operate forklifts, assist with machine operation and packing, and maintain a clean, safe workspace. The position requires rotating shifts and a flexible approach to scheduling, with Dutch language proficiency

Qualifications

• Valid forklift certificate or willingness to obtain one
• Physically fit and comfortable in an active work setting
• Available for rotating shifts and flexible working hours
• Proficient in Dutch; English or German is a plus
• Available 8 hours a day, 24 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Forklift operations: loading, unloading, and moving materials efficiently within the production area.
• Production support: assisting with machine operations, packing, and other tasks to ensure a steady workflow.
• Workplace maintenance: keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Team collaboration: participating in briefings and ensuring smooth handovers with colleagues.
• Flexible scheduling: working in 5-shift rotations or aligning your availability with the planning team.
