Job summary

Ahold Delhaize is seeking a role focused on access governance and risk management. You will monitor controls, support risk assessments, and coordinate remediation across brands and regions in a collaborative, international environment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of IAM-related experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong English proficiency. A hybrid work model with flexible hours is offered to support work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor access controls using established procedures, record evidence and results, and flag exceptions for senior review.
• Collaborate with brands, regions and functions to collect application information and support risk assessments for periodic access reviews.
• Support access reviews and remediation actions, share guidance, track updates and escalate questions or delays.
• Identify and document control gaps against global IM&S policy using established criteria and senior review.
• Assist audits by organizing access control evidence, tracking findings and remediation, and preparing updates for senior review.
• Keep Risk & Controls stakeholders informed and follow up on actions and remediation progress.

Key focus areas of your role

Your role is highly diverse and encompasses various responsibilities. Here are the key ones:

• Monitors access controls using established procedures, records evidence and results, and flags exceptions for senior review.
• Works with brands, regions, and functions (Business, IT, ISO, and IAM) to collect application information and support risk assessments for periodic access reviews.
• Supports Business, IT, ISO, and IAM with access reviews and agreed remediation actions, shares guidance, tracks updates, and escalates questions or delays.
• Helps identify and document control gaps against global IM&S policy, using established criteria and senior review
• Supports internal and external audits by organizing access control evidence, tracking findings and remediation, and preparing updates for senior review.
• Keeps Risk & Controls teams and stakeholders informed, follows up on assigned actions, and shares updates on control gaps, project tasks, and remediation.
