Job summary

DigiGamma is seeking a Risk Manager to lead Risk Analytics and to manage critical and high impact global events and escalations. You will supervise and mentor a team, recruit and train staff, and drive a high‑performing risk function that protects customers and sellers while maintaining DigiGamma’s product health.

Responsibilities include investigating breaches, generating actionable insights from complex data, and presenting findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Payments, Financial services, eCommerce or SaaS companies.
• 3+ years background in fraud and/or credit risk.
• 3+ years of experience managing teams and mentoring analysts
• Strong analytical and technical skills with the ability to analyze data and synthesize findings into actionable insights
• Able to clearly express ideas, thoughts, & concepts in a coherent and organized manner
• Able to deliver effective presentations, easily adapting content & style to the audience
• Hands on with statistical and visualization tools
• Experience working cross functionally to drive strategic initiatives
• Excellent organizational, communication and prioritization skills

Responsibilities

• Lead Risk Analytics and manage critical and high impact global events and escalations.
• Supervise and mentor risk analytics team, assign duties and evaluate performance.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies balancing customer experience and efficiency.
• Prepare reports describing investigations and recommended actions.
• Discuss reports with multiple stakeholders and contribute to product/technology roadmap discussions.
