Job summary

Landal GreenParks is seeking a Revenue Analyst to manage the full revenue stream of our holiday-park portfolio, from pricing to availability, influencing occupancy and profitability. You’ll work with a team of revenue professionals and drive tangible impact from data-driven decisions.

You’ll collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Commerce, setting up pricing campaigns, forecasting, and continuous improvements to maximize revenue and performance across parks in Amsterdam.

Qualifications

• A completed bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in (business) economics or a similar field.
• Sharp analytical mind and a strong affinity with numbers.
• Communicates clearly and convincingly in English.

Responsibilities

• From data to decisions – dive into booking trends, performance metrics, and market data to identify risks and opportunities per park and accommodation type and translate findings into actions.
• Forecast sales volumes and price points using historical data, market trends, and commercial insight.
• Collaborate with Commerce, Finance, and Operations to align on strategy and share insights.
• Set up and evaluate pricing and promotional campaigns, learning what works and optimizing continuously.

As a Revenue Analyst at Landal, you’re not just advising—you’re in control. Together with your fellow analysts, you manage the full revenue stream of the entire company. From the first price to the last available night, you have your hands on the levers. You shape and execute pricing strategies and optimize availability for your own portfolio of holiday parks. You directly influence millions in revenue. Your sharp analyses, creativity, and sense of timing help you boost both occupancy and profitability. You’ll work closely with a team of experienced Revenue professionals and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and tangible impact.

As a Revenue Analyst, you ensure that our prices are always sharp, our availability is optimized, and our revenue targets are exceeded. You make data-driven decisions that directly impact the performance of your park portfolio, and you see the results of your work reflected in both occupancy and revenue.

Your main responsibilities:

• From data to decisions – You dive into booking trends, performance metrics, and market data to identify risks and opportunities per park and accommodation type and translate your findings into concrete actions.


• Optimizing price and volume – You forecast sales volumes and price points using historical data, market trends, and your own commercial insight.

• Experimenting and improving – You set up and evaluate pricing and promotional campaigns, learning what works and optimizing continuously.
