Job summary

Nutreco, owner of Feeds’n Needs – Retail Division of Shur-Gain/Trouw Nutrition, is seeking a Store Manager in Sussex, NB. You’ll lead with purpose, drive store performance, and coach a team to deliver exceptional customer service.

In this role, you’ll implement regional strategies, ensure compliant operations, and maintain visual merchandising standards while growing store traffic and sales. Strong leadership, multitasking, and MS Office proficiency are essential.

What you’ll do

As Store Manager, you’ll lead with purpose and serve with pride. You’ll be the driving force behind store performance, customer satisfaction, and team development. You’ll champion regional strategies to increase traffic and sales, ensure smooth and compliant operations, and set the standard for visual merchandising. You’ll analyze customer trends, coach your team to success, and resolve challenges with confidence.
