Job summary

G-Star RAW is offering a Retail Operations internship at our Amsterdam HQ. You’ll analyze and optimize store policies, procedures and communication across European stores to improve daily operations.

This is a fast-moving, international environment where you gain real-world experience in retail. You'll support the European stores, learn about stock, POS, cash and asset management, and help coordinate HQ-to-store communication.

Qualifications

• You are enrolled at a Dutch university or college.
• If you are a non-EU student you must be in possession of a mandatory internship assignment from your university or college.
• You are already living in the Netherlands and prepared to have a Dutch health insurance and sponsor your own travel costs.

Responsibilities

• Updating store information into various systems and databases, ensuring reporting of all stores is directly processed and visible to relevant team members.
• Keeping the total retail portfolio overview up-to-date.
• Screening and improving internal policies and procedures.
• Organizing relevant forms and documents that correspond to company standards.
• Reviewing, updating and formatting guidelines and instruction manuals.
• Investigating new or different communication tools.
• Organizing retail operations calendars
• Supporting employee onboarding processes and arrangements.
