Job summary

Nike Marketing is seeking a Retail Brand marketer to join the Retail Marketing team across the EMEA Marketplace, focusing on Running, Training, and Nike SKIMS. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Retail Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Product, Retail Design, and Digital Brand to deliver impactful campaigns that enhance consumer experiences and drive awareness and sales.

Qualifications

• Strong passion for sport and athletes, esp. running and training.
• Experience in retail marketing, brand, and/or retail design.
• Experience in mono-brand and multi-brand marketplace marketing.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work fast-paced, agile environment.
• Knowledge and passion for elevating the consumer experience and marketplace growth.
• Creative and curious thinker; translates trends into action.
• Comfort with data, insights and cultural trends for marketing decisions.
• Excellent presentation, organisation and communication skills.
• Advanced English proficiency (verbal and written).
• High confidence in Keynote skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Retail Brand team across the EMEA retail marketplace with seasonal campaigns.
• Deliver seasonal campaigns, retail programming and brand distinction at scale.
• Develop seasonal retail marketing briefs and campaigns.
• Lead storytelling planning and post-execution tracking for initiatives.
• Lead and support in-store storytelling and retail programming.
• Support activations and Visual Merchandising elevations.
• Execute multi-brand retail campaigns with partners.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Sales, Supply Chain, Stores, and Sport Teams for flawless execution.
• Plan seasonal budgets aligned with brand priorities and partner marketing.
