Job summary

JD Sports Netherlands is seeking a flexibly available, enthusiastic Part-time Store Colleague (16 hours) for our JD Sports Store in Rotterdam Zuidplein. You will greet customers, help them find products, and keep the shop floor tidy and well-stocked to deliver outstanding experiences daily.

The role focuses on customer service, stock replenishment, till work, and maintaining high presentation standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

A positive, enthusiastic approach suited to a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment.
Strong communication skills, with confidence engaging customers and working as part of a team.
Willingness to learn, take on new tasks, and grow your skills in a supportive store environment.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and busy seasonal periods.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers with confidence and energy, offering friendly support and helping them find the products they love.
Use in-store devices to check stock, share product options, and support the full customer experience.
Keep the shop floor clean, tidy, and fully replenished — making sure displays stay fresh and on-brand.
Support day-to-day store tasks, including till work, restocking, and following all safety and store guidelines.
