CGI Nederland is seeking a Resource Expert in the Netherlands to align IT professionals with client assignments. You will source the right candidates, both internally and externally, match consultants to client requests, and manage relationships with end clients.

You will also prepare commercial proposals and ensure data accuracy on availability and CVs. We value an entrepreneurial, proactive mindset and strong communication, capable of working under pressure while managing multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Completed HBO level education or equivalent.
• At least three years as Resource Coordinator and/or Recruiter in IT-focused setting.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to interact with candidates, colleagues and clients.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English; strong administrative skills.

Your role in our team

As a Resource Expert, you are the key link between our clients, management and our talented IT professionals.

You are responsible for optimizing the deployment of our human capital and ensuring that the right people are working on the right projects at the right time.

As a Resource Expert within the Financial Services sector, you are responsible for matching, resourcing and recruitment. You source the right candidates, both internally and externally, for our clients and assignments. You match our consultants to client requests, maintain relationships with end clients, act as a central point of contact and prepare commercial proposals for clients.

In this role, you work closely with the management team and are also responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of data relating to availability, CVs, training and other relevant information.

You have strong influencing skills, which you combine with tact and diplomacy. You collaborate transparently with the team to achieve our objectives and are able to perform well under pressure while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

In addition, you have:

• A completed higher professional education degree (HBO) or equivalent level of education and experience.
• At least three years of experience as a Resource Coordinator and/or Recruiter, preferably within an IT-focused organization.
• Strong commercial awareness.
• The ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with candidates, colleagues, hiring managers and external parties.
• Strong administrative skills.
• Excellent command of both Dutch and English.
