Job summary

Deloitte Netherlands is seeking a (Senior) Consultant Resilience to advance defense and national security resilience across the Netherlands. You will join multidisciplinary teams to deliver practical solutions that strengthen safety and continuity amid evolving threats.

Your role includes leading resilience and crisis management projects, designing governance and roadmaps, and coaching analysts and working students while collaborating with other Deloitte teams on innovative tooling.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social sciences or related field.
• Experience in defense, national security, resilience, security or related field.
• Interest in defense and national security in NL/Europe; project leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Executing projects in resilience, crisis management, business continuity and security transformation.
• Taking on project management tasks and driving parts of these projects.
• Advising clients within Defense and National Security on strategic preparation and response.
• Designing operating models, governance structures, scenarios, exercises and roadmaps for implementation.
• Collaborating with Deloitte teams on innovative solutions and tooling development.
• Coaching analysts and working students and helping them grow professionally.
