Job summary

Enza Zaden is seeking a Researcher Seed Enhancement to lead the development and implementation of novel seed technologies and to translate research into practical applications that boost seed performance. You will manage cross-functional projects across R&D, Seed Operations and Product Development, driving innovation from concept to deployment.

The role requires an MSc/ PhD in Plant sciences or related field and 8–12 years in seed enhancement, with strong project management and communication

As a Researcher Seed Enhancement at Enza Zaden, you will play a leading role in developing and implementing novel seed technologies that improve seed performance under a wide range of conditions. Together, you will ensure that innovations are successfully translated into practical applications that enhance the quality and performance of our seeds. You bring a proactive, results-oriented mindset combined with a strong sense of ownership.
