Internship Overview

We are looking for a Research Intern to join our team and contribute to optimizing the conditioning time for specialized pads used in coating surface preparation. Currently, the process takes one week, and this project aims to reduce that time while maintaining the highest standards of quality and performance.

What You’ll Do
  • Conduct laboratory experiments to investigate factors influencing pad conditioning.
  • Develop and test new methods, materials, or protocols to accelerate the conditioning process.
  • Analyze data and assess pad performance under various scenarios, focusing on durability, effectiveness, and consistency.
  • Record observations, compile reports, and present findings with recommendations.
Who You Are
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of materials chemistry, coatings, or sensor technologies is a plus.
