Qualifications

• 3+ years of Python experience writing clean, maintainable code in modern ML codebases.
• Extensive hands-on experience training large language models (LLMs) in research or production settings.
• Strong theoretical and practical understanding of LLM fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain SFT and RL post-training pipelines for coding agents.
• Train and adapt LLMs for agent workflows, including planning and multi-step interactions.
• Collaborate closely with research and product teams to implement concrete models and features.
