Job summary

ASML is seeking a Reporting Analyst for Tool Cabin Operations to transform data into actionable insights that drive performance across the organization. You will monitor KPIs, perform root-cause analyses, and translate findings into concrete improvement actions, partnering with Team Leads and cross-functional stakeholders to enable data-driven decisions and continuous operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Degree in logistics/industrial/business engineering.
  • Experience in data analysis and translating insights into improvements.
  • Experience with reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Spotfire or similar).
  • Knowledge of SAP or other planning systems.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with ops, planning and supply chain.

Responsibilities

  • Own operational KPI reporting for Tool Cabin Operations.
  • Perform deep-dive analyses on performance issues and translate into actions.
  • Act as analytics expert for Tool Center and support data-driven decisions.
  • Monitor performance, identify risks, drive improvement actions.
  • Provide daily reporting to operational teams and management.
  • Lead CI initiatives such as A3s and 4Cs to improve KPI performance.
  • Serve as SME for Tool Cabin processes.
  • Support key shop-floor users up to 10% of time.
  • Ensure data quality and consistency across systems.
  • Maintain and improve reporting (Spotfire/Power BI).

Tool Cabin Operations is looking for a Reporting Analyst who will play a key role in monitoring performance, performing RCA's, identifying improvement opportunities, and driving operational excellence across the organization.
Through data-driven insights and structured problem-solving, you will help improve service levels, optimize processes, and support informed decision-making.

Context

As Reporting Analyst, you are responsible for analyzing operational performance, reporting and translating findings into concrete improvement actions. You act as a trusted advisor to Team Leads, Coordinators, and Group lead by providing clear insights into performance trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
You will drive performance reporting, support operational decision-making, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within Tool Cabin Operations.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for all operational KPI's related to Tool Cabin Operations.
  • Perform deep-dive analyses on structural performance issues (e.g. shortages, backorders, operational performance mismatches) and translate findings into concrete actions and decisions
  • Act as a performance and analytics expert for Tool Center, actively support and enable data-driven decision making and operational alignment
  • Monitor performance, identify risks and actively drive and follow up on actions to improve operational results
  • Daily reporting towards operational teams and management.
  • Lead and support Continuous Improvement initiatives such as A3s and 4C's to improve Tool Cabin KPI performance.
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Tool Cabin processes.
  • Support key users on the shop floor at Tool Cabin (maximum 10% of weekly working time).
  • Safeguard data quality and consistency across systems and reporting
  • Maintain and improve reporting (e.g. Spotfire / Power BI) to enable data-driven performance steering
Background and Experience
  • Bachelor or Master degree in logistics/industrial or business engineering or similar experience in a complex production or warehouse environment
  • Experience in data analysis and translating insights into improvements
  • Experience with reporting and analytical tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI, Spotfire or similar)
  • Knowledge of SAP or other planning systems is a strong pre
  • Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders from operations, planning and supply chain

  • Job Family: Competence Engineer | Reporting Analyst
  • You will be part of the GMF MS LO Tool Center team, and report to the Group Lead Tool Center Operations.
  • As this role is a new position in a changing environment, your responsibilities are NOT fixed and therefore not limited to that what is described. Responsibilities can develop over time based on business needs.

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R.

  • 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
