You will work in a distributed design team, collaborating across functions to ensure accessibility, usability, and brand consistency. Expect broad exposure, continuous learning, and occasional international travel.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated professional experience in visual, graphic, digital, web, or product design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design skills and clarity of information.
• Knowledge of usability, accessibility, and modern web standards.
• Undergraduate degree or compelling alternative education path.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality visual designs across brand guidelines and digital products.
• Translate complex information into clear, engaging visuals for a global audience.
• Apply design principles, accessibility, and web standards across materials.
• Collaborate with designers across functions to develop solutions.
• Share feedback, participate in critiques, and promote visual quality.
• Stay informed on evolving visual design trends and tools.
• Take ownership of projects and manage priorities to meet commitments.
• Mentor and coach others in design practices where appropriate.
