Overview

As the key point of contact, you will work collaboratively with onshore/offshore teams to ensure all client needs are met through effective communication and technical expertise. Accountabilities / Responsibilities

• Manage large books of business for commercial lines insurance clients
• Drive customer retention and market additional lines of coverage to grow business
• Evaluate carrier relationships and market placement for commercial insurance products
• Provide quality and timely service to customers and clients
• Research and implement solutions tailored to client needs
• Lead daily interactions with clients and stakeholders
• Consult with customers using your subject matter expertise
• Collaborate with team members to achieve internal goals and client expectations

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Insurance, Risk Management, or related field or equivalent experience
• 3-7 years in Property and Casualty insurance
• Active Resident Property and Casualty insurance license required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience working with Agency Management Systems
• Preferred industry designations such as CPCU, CIC, CISR, ARM
• Ability to adapt and succeed in a team-oriented environment
