Job summary

Vattenfall is seeking a SAP IS-U Consultant (Metering and Supplier switch) to provide expertise ensuring stable, reliable solutions designed and maintained to meet business needs. You will work within Customer Metering & Settlement Solutions, part of Customer IT, supporting Nordic business units with SAP IS-U, SAP CRM, and related processes.

You will engage with stakeholders, monitor daily system activities, handle incidents, craft functional/technical designs, and ensure changes satisfy

Qualifications

Strong communicative skills and an analytical mindset.
In-depth SAP IS-U knowledge and/or functional SAP/energy market experience.
Willingness to coach and develop colleagues.
Fluent Swedish and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Initiate and maintain continuous dialogue with business stakeholders.
Monitor system activities daily.
Handle and resolve incidents.
Create functional/technical design of error corrections, small assignments and projects.
Secure that implemented changes fulfill business needs and are compliant with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies/guidelines.
Coordinate changes and collaborate with other departments.
