You will work asynchronously in a distributed team, overlapping core hours with colleagues in the Netherlands. The position is fully remote, requires 4+ hours of overlap with the core team, and offers ownership across the complete design lifecycle, from research to

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional product design experience in SaaS or software products.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma with components, Auto Layout, and prototyping.
• Experience designing across web, mobile, widgets, and portals.
• Strong product judgment to identify when to pivot design direction.
• Excellent written and asynchronous communication, self-directed work.

Responsibilities

• Own product design initiatives end-to-end from problem framing to post-launch iteration.
• Collaborate with product leaders, engineers, and designers to set direction.
• Design across desktop web, native mobile, widgets, and user portals.
• Create and maintain Figma libraries, components, and design-system patterns.
• Develop interactive prototypes to accelerate learning and decisions.
• Work with engineering to ensure faithful implementation and limit drift.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Document design decisions with specs and walkthroughs.
• Prioritize across multiple product areas while aligning to leadership.
