Job summary

Ecolab offers a 6+ month internship to build hands-on business experience in an international setting. You will work with experienced professionals to support operations, research, and reporting across departments and countries.

You will develop practical skills in Office tools, analysis, and communication, gain exposure to global processes, and receive mentorship in a collaborative, inclusive culture focused on learning and impact.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program.
• Available for a minimum internship period of 6 months.
• Strong proficiency in English.
• Fluency in Dutch, German, or French.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day business operations and ongoing projects.
• Assist with administrative and coordination activities.
• Conduct research, analyze information, and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with colleagues across different departments and countries.
• Support internal communication and process improvement initiatives.
• Participate in meetings and contribute ideas to improve business performance.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Provide support to team members on various operational activities.
