ABN AMRO Bank N.V. is seeking an Offensive Security Engineer to perform advanced penetration tests and red team activities on information assets. You will identify gaps, report findings, and advise remediation while staying current on threats and security trends.

You will contribute to improving the maturity of our security services and collaborate across teams in an agile, international environment.

Qualifications

• You have approximately 2+ years of relevant work experience in red teaming and penetration testing.
• You possess several relevant certifications like OSCP, OSCE, GPEN, GXPN etc.
• Expert understanding of Red Team operations, scenarios, attacker TTPs, tooling and security control bypass techniques.
• You are fluent in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Execute advanced penetration tests and red team activities on ABN AMRO assets.
• Identify gaps, report findings, and advise on remediation approaches.
• Share knowledge, stay informed on latest developments, and improve service maturity.
