Job summary

PULLUP Entertainment is seeking a Multiplayer Game Designer to contribute to their WW1-themed multiplayer FPS series. This fully remote position requires strong expertise in game design and multiplayer mechanics.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in multiplayer titles, proficiency in Unity, and excellent English communication. You will manage game balance, oversee feature creation, and craft design documents to facilitate clear communication within the team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in multiplayer game design with at least one commercial title.
• Strong knowledge of multiplayer game balancing and player engagement.
• Excellent English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).

Responsibilities

• Review game balance using player input and analytics data.
• Oversee feature implementation from ideation to shipment.
• Assist developers with prototyping and provide design guidance.
• Create concise design documents to communicate design ideas.
• Design UX for multiplayer and online features.
