Job summary

Carolina Construction is seeking a Modern Workplace Consultant to design, implement and support innovative workplace solutions for regional and international clients. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to translate needs into secure, scalable deployments that boost productivity and collaboration.

You will mentor junior consultants, stay ahead of trends and contribute to value propositions while supporting a flexible work arrangement across multiple European clients.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience designing, implementing and supporting modern workplace solutions.
Certifications in Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies are a plus.
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Design, implement and support modern workplace solutions for regional and international clients.
Collaborate with consultants, architects and product managers to understand client needs and deliver high-value solutions.
Mentor and coach junior consultants and stay updated on latest technologies and trends.
