Stratford Davis LLC is expanding its remote sales division and seeks ambitious individuals to represent our life insurance and related products. You will build connections with prospects, present offerings via live video, and manage client pipelines from inquiry to policy delivery.

This 100% remote, commission-based role offers a 4-day workweek option, turnkey agency support, direct lead access, elite coaching, and annual travel rewards to celebrate success.

Qualifications

Licensed Life & Health Agent or willing to complete pre-licensing.
Proficiency in digital communication, CRM usage, and virtual video hosting.
Self-motivated, capable of high focus in a work-from-home role.
Ambition to grow in insurance sales and potentially lead an agency.

Responsibilities

Build connections with prospective clients across regional markets using digital platforms.
Present customized life insurance, Indexed Universal Life (IUL), and annuity strategies via live video.
Manage client pipelines from initial consultation through underwriting and policy delivery.
Cultivate long-term client loyalty through regular follow-ups and annual coverage reviews.
Engage in daily training stand-ups, leadership coaching, and sales strategy workshops.
