Zohorecruit is expanding its remote sales team in the United States, offering an opportunity to work from home while helping clients make important financial protection decisions. New or experienced sales professionals will receive structured training, mentorship, and access to proven systems designed to help you succeed.

You will engage with warm, pre-qualified leads, conduct virtual consultations, present life insurance solutions, and manage the full sales lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Work with warm, pre-qualified leads who have already expressed interest
• Conduct virtual consultations via phone or video to understand client needs
• Present personalized solutions including life insurance, IULs, and annuities
• Educate clients on financial protection and wealth-building strategies
• Build trust and guide clients through their decision-making process
• Manage the entire sales lifecycle from first contact through closing
• Maintain detailed client records using CRM platforms
• Follow up consistently to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance benchmarks
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions
