Job summary

Top Aces Inc. is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety Manager to oversee the EHS framework across international aviation operations.

The role focuses on policy development, risk management, audits, and continuous improvement, reporting to the VP Safety, Quality, Risk. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in OH&S or related field with 10+ years’ EHS experience, including global policy deployment and strong leadership across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field; professional certification preferred (NEBOSH, IOSH, CMIOSH).
• Min. 10 years of progressive EHS experience in aviation/industrial environments, including international/multi-site responsibility.
• Experience developing and deploying global EHS policies and procedures across regions.
• Strong knowledge of EHS regulatory frameworks, risk management, incident investigation, and audit processes.
• Proven ability to lead through influence in matrixed multicultural environments; excellent communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and govern a standardized EHS management framework across regions.
• Provide guidance to Regional EHS Coordinators and monitor alignment to global policies.
• Identify, assess, and manage health, safety, and environmental risks in aviation operations.
• Support compliance audits and lead evidence collection for CPA and corrective actions.
• Promote a strong safety culture and provide coaching to operational leaders.
