Job summary

Tether is seeking a Fullstack Engineer to help QVAC application teams develop, review, test, and deliver reliable software for desktop and mobile platforms. You will build and maintain developer tools, integrate AI agents into engineering workflows, and contribute to tooling that enhances automation and delivery quality.

This hands-on role offers opportunities to shape the tooling roadmap, collaborate with engineers, and drive measurable improvements in development environments and release

Qualifications

• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js skills.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools or agents and their integration.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and debugging.
• A focus on maintainable code and automated quality checks.
• Ability to work independently and communicate in English within a remote, distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, integrate, and maintain developer tools and AI agents, including repository guidance and integrations.
• Build and operate agents in CI and scheduled workflows to investigate failures and propose fixes.
• Improve automated pull request reviews and reduce noise for reviewers.
• Develop code quality scripts and checks for complexity, size, dependencies, and performance regressions.
• Improve development environments, testing, and build/release workflows for reliability.
• Prioritize improvements with engineering teams and document onboarding and adoption.
