Job summary

TOMRA is seeking a Field Service Engineer for the Benelux region (Netherlands & Flanders). The role is home-based with frequent travel to customer sites across the territory, ensuring commissioning, maintenance, and fault-finding of TOMRA Recycling systems.

You will prepare reports, provide on-site training, and support Sales and Projects teams. Applicants should have an engineering degree or equivalent cert, strong English skills, and willingness to travel ~80% across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineering or similar, or technician cert with hands-on exp.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for customer-facing work.
• English required; Dutch/Flemish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform field service activities including commissioning, start-up, testing, integration, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of TOMRA systems across Benelux.
• Prepare detailed service reports after installations and maintenance.
• Report service activities and expenses accurately.
• Provide on-site training to customer teams and internal engineers.
• Offer technical support via phone and in the field.
• Collaborate with Sales and Project Management to deliver projects.
