Placements24 is seeking an enthusiastic Virtual Early Years Educator to design and deliver captivating online educational content for preschoolers. This remote role offers flexibility of working from home while contributing to a child’s early development journey in a distributed team.

You will create engaging online activities, monitor progress, and communicate with parents to support educational goals in a remote setting.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or related discipline.
Experience as an educator or caregiver for preschool-aged children.
Proficiency with video conferencing tools and online educational platforms.
Exceptional creativity, patience, and enthusiasm for early childhood learning.
Strong time management and ability to structure online sessions.

Responsibilities

Create and lead engaging online activities including circle time, crafts, and sensory play.
Foster a positive virtual classroom atmosphere for young learners.
Monitor and document individual child progress, providing constructive feedback.
Maintain open communication with parents/guardians regarding goals and engagement.
Adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles in a remote setting.
