Job summary

Exclusive Networks in the Netherlands seeks a Regional Services Engineer to act as a full lifecycle technical consultant and SME, supporting local Services Engineers across the region. You will provide technical leadership, support strategic customer engagements, and help scale professional services capabilities within the organization.

In this role you will lead workshops, demos, assessments and PoCs, develop reusable technical assets and best practices, and work with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Strong consulting and technical services background across enterprise environments.
• Experience across both pre-sales and post-sales engagements.
• Solution design, architecture and implementation experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical topics clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced pre-sales and post-sales technical expertise and lead workshops, demonstrations, assessments and PoCs.
• Support local Services Engineers on strategic opportunities and customer engagements; escalate complex issues.
• Develop reusable technical assets, methodologies and best practices; act as escalation point for complex challenges.
