ELA Container is seeking an Area Sales Manager for the Brabant/Limburg region. You will drive sales growth, manage key customer relationships, and offer bespoke mobile accommodation solutions.

The role involves fieldwork, coordinating with internal teams, and delivering tailored space solutions to clients. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of sales experience, a completed degree, and fluency in Dutch and English; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires a completed degree and 3–5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in mobile accommodation.
• Excellent communication in Dutch and English; basic German is a plus.
• Strong customer focus with ability to convert needs into orders.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, especially Salesforce, is valuable.
• Self-motivated, independent, and a team player with negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand customer relationships in Brabant/Limburg.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the territory.
• Develop and implement joint sales strategies to meet/exceed targets.
• Build long-term relationships by understanding customer needs and offering bespoke space solutions.
• Carry out administrative tasks to support sales activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
