Job summary

Nebius, Amsterdam-based, is seeking a Regional Asset Manager to oversee IT infrastructure assets across our data centers. You will manage inventory, lifecycle, and reporting to optimize utilization and cost. This role collaborates with IT and project teams and requires strong English, budgeting skills, and IT asset management experience.

The position emphasizes governance, audits, and process improvements, with opportunities to influence asset strategy in an expanding AI cloud environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• Proven asset management experience in IT hardware.
• Strong English written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an inventory database for servers, storage, networking and data center IT assets.
• Regular asset audits to ensure accuracy and policy compliance.
• Oversee lifecycle from procurement to disposal.
• Manage RMA for GPUs, motherboards, power supplies, and other components.
• Generate reports on utilization, performance and financial metrics.
• Identify trends and opportunities to cut costs and improve assets.
• Enforce asset management policies including security and risk controls.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with IT teams and project managers for asset needs.
• Communicate status and issues to senior management.
• Suggest process improvements in tracking and lifecycle management.
