Currently, we are hiring a Recruitment Specialist for our St. John’s NL business unit. This role is ideal for someone eager to work in many sectors in Newfoundland and Labrador, working with qualified candidates, and supporting businesses in need of top talent.

What you’ll do:

  • Recruitment Support: conduct phone interviews, source candidates, maintain relationships, check references;
  • Research: build and manage talent pipelines with strong research and detailed search skills;
  • Writing: draft job descriptions, proposals, social content, and contribute to our blog;
  • Administration: manage CRM data, create reports, track KPIs, coordinate schedules, and keep operations running smoothly.
