A Recruiter focuses on attracting, recruiting, and hiring new talent. You will handle the full recruitment process, working strategically and future‑oriented.

Wat ga je doen?

You will work closely with leaders to identify staffing needs and develop a thoughtful recruitment strategy. Your goal is to attract and select top talent that not only has the right skills but also fits perfectly in our company culture. You play a key role in building a strong and forward‑looking team.

Jouw taken als Recruiter

• Write and optimize job descriptions
• Screen CVs and applications
• Actively source and approach candidates
• Conduct interviews and conduct reference checks
• Guide candidates throughout the process
• Build and maintain a talent pool
• Advise hiring managers on recruitment strategies
• Initiate campus recruitment and event planning
• Plan workforce market campaigns

• Knowledge of recruitment tools and ATS systems (TeamTailor experience a plus)
• Flexible, stress‑resistant, and results‑oriented attitude
• Enthusiasm for employer branding and recruitment marketing
