Vio in Amsterdam invites a Reconciliation Analyst to join our Finance team and own day-to-day reconciliation across payment providers and hotel bookings. You will investigate exceptions, monitor metrics, and partner with Customer Service, Operations and Engineering to close gaps.
With at least 4 years in finance/admin operations focused on reconciliation, you bring an analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude to own problems through to closure.
At Vio, we believe booking accommodation should feel fair and effortless, never overwhelming or unclear.
As one of the world’s fastest-growing travel tech platforms, we help millions of users make smarter travel decisions by comparing stays across 100+ booking sites so that they can find the best place, at the best price, anywhere in the world.
Our goal is to help travelers book like an insider. That means cutting through the noise and complexity of hotel booking and surfacing real value with clarity, transparency, and full support. No tricks. No confusion. Just great stays, booked with confidence.
With operations in 100+ markets and growing fast, our mission is to reshape how people discover and book accommodation through technology that travelers can trust.
We are looking for a Reconciliation Analyst to join our Finance team and help us own day-to-day reconciliation, resolve exceptions, and strengthen our reconciliation processes as the business scales.
This role reports to the Head of Finance (MoR) and sits alongside the existing MoR reconciliation team. As our booking volumes grow, we're building dedicated, permanent ownership of daily reconciliation rather than relying on temporary coverage — this is a hands-on, individual-contributor role with room to grow into more senior finance operations responsibilities.
A growth mindset, proactive using AI — eager to develop into a more senior finance operations role over time.
