Job summary

Andor Security Service in Hoofddorp is looking for an enthusiastic receptionist to be the friendly front‑of‑house hub. You will greet guests, manage the reception, handle visitor passes and respond to inquiries with a professional approach.

You will answer calls and emails, assist suppliers, and keep the reception area tidy. The role can be full‑time or part‑time on two or four fixed days, with a competitive salary and travel allowance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to greet guests and handle reception duties.
• Excellent Dutch and English communication skills.
• Live in the Hoofddorp region and be available on Weekdays 8:30–17:30.
• No security diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests and employees in a friendly, professional manner.
• Manage visitor registration and passes, and maintain a tidy reception area.
• Answer telephone inquiries and respond to emails; be the point of contact for suppliers.
• Create visitor passes and assist with general administrative tasks.
• Support colleagues with a proactive, service-oriented attitude.
