Nedcargo is op zoek naar een Reachtruck Operator in Tiel die verantwoordelijk is voor het veilig verplaatsen van pallets en goederen in het magazijn. Je bestuurt een reachtruck, laadt en lost vrachtwagens en bereidt orders voor verzending.

Het team werkt in een dynamische logistieke omgeving met aandacht voor veiligheid, netheid en teamwork. Een certificaat en een korte testrun in het magazijn zijn vereist.

Qualifications

• Vereiste: geldig reachtruck certificaat.
• Basis Engelse taal voor werkcommunicatie.
• 0-1 jaar ervaring als reachtruckchauffeur, magazijnmedewerker of soortgelijk.
• Bereid om een testrun in het magazijn te doen.
• Bereid om naar Tiel te reizen (binnen 30 km).
• Betrouwbaar, gedisciplineerd en gemotiveerd om te werken.
• Creatieve en ambitieuze instelling.

Responsibilities

Over de functie

As a Reachtruck Operator at this logistics company, your main responsibility is to move pallets and goods safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse. You'll be driving a reach truck to load and unload trucks, stack and organize stock, and prepare orders for shipment. The warehouse temperature depends on the season – expect about 20°C in summer and 15°C in winter, so dress accordingly. You’ll need to pass a test drive in the warehouse to show your skills.

• Operate a reach truck to transport goods within the warehouse
• Load and unload delivery trucks
• Pick and prepare orders for shipment
• Keep the warehouse organized and tidy
• Follow all safety rules and procedures
• Communicate with team members to ensure smooth operations
• Support with other general warehouse tasks as needed

You’ll work full-time, Monday to Friday. Typical shifts are during the daytime, with occasional overtime when needed.

• At least basic spoken English for workplace communication
• 0-1 year of experience as a reach truck driver, warehouse worker, order picker, or similar
• Willingness to make a test drive in the warehouse
• Able to commute to Tiel (within 30 km)
