Job summary

Carrière zoekt een Reach Truck Driver voor een fulltime positie in Gouda. Je werkt vooral met reach truck en scanner, ongeveer 90% van je tijd, van maandag tot en met vrijdag 07:00–16:00 in een magazijn met normale temperatuur. Transport van Rotterdam/Schiedam/Barendrecht geregeld.

Mogelijkheid tot vast contract bij goed functioneren. De functie vereist een geldig reach truck certificaat en bij voorkeur ervaring met reach truck rijden en scannergebruik.

Qualifications

• Geldig reach truck certificaat vereist.
• Ervaring als reach truck chauffeur gewenst.
• Beschikbaarheid fulltime van maandag tot vrijdag.
• Goede beheersing van Nederlands en/of Engels.
• Veilig en nauwkeurig werken.
• Ervaring met handscanner is een plus.

Responsibilities

• Ontvangen en controleren van inkomende goederen.
• Verplaatsen en opslaan van pallets met reach truck.
• Selecteren en verzamelen van materialen voor productie.
• Werken met een handheld scanner en goederenregistratie.
• Overige magazijntaken zoals reinigen en orde houden.

Samenvatting

Are you a Reach Truck Driver looking for a stable full-time job in a day shift? In this position, you will spend approximately 90% of your time working on the reach truck and regularly use a scanner to process and check goods. You will work Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 16:00 in a warehouse with a normal working temperature. There is consistently 40 hours of work per week. Do you live in Rotterdam, Schiedam or Barendrecht? Transport to the work location in Gouda is arranged by coach. If you perform well, there is the possibility of a permanent contract with the client after the temporary employment period. Good work!

Over de functie

As a Reach Truck Driver, you are responsible for the internal logistics process within the warehouse and towards production.

Around 90% of your work consists of reach truck duties. You receive goods, move pallets, pick materials and make sure everything is in the right place at the right time. You will also use a scanner to register, check and process goods.

The remaining tasks consist of supporting warehouse duties, such as moving pallets, cleaning and keeping the workplace tidy.

Your main tasks include:

• Receiving and checking incoming goods
• Moving and storing pallets with the reach truck
• Picking and preparing materials for production
• Working with a handheld scanner
• Checking and registering goods
• Moving pallets and carrying out other warehouse tasks
• Keeping the warehouse clean, safe and organised

You will work Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 16:00. There is always enough work and you are guaranteed 40 hours per week.

• You have a valid reach truck certificate
• Experience as a reach truck driver is preferred
• You are available full-time from Monday to Friday
• You speak Dutch and/or English

• Experience working with a scanner is a plus
• You are willing to carry out other warehouse tasks besides reach truck work
• You are motivated and comfortable working in a structured environment

Wat wij bieden

• Salary between €16.94 and €20.00 gross per hour, depending on experience
• 40 hours of work per week
• Working hours from 07:00 to 16:00
• Transport arranged from Rotterdam, Schiedam and Barendrecht

• Travel allowance of €0.20 per kilometre
• 25 vacation days based on full-time employment
