Job summary

ITT Inc.-English in Oud-Beijerland, Netherlands seeks an experienced Application Engineer Railway to define technical solutions for customers. In this role, you will lead the project from definition to production while engaging with sales and R&D teams.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, at least 3 years of related experience, and skills in Shock Absorbers and FEM calculations. Join a dynamic environment that supports innovation and excellence.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as an Application Engineer or similar role.
• Experience in managing small scale projects preferred.
• Ability to work in an international and intercultural team.

Responsibilities

• Define the best technical solution and lead the implementation to Start of Production.
• Support sales with cost-effective technical solutions.
• Act as the main technical interface with the customer.

Skills

Knowledge of principles and design of shock absorbers

3D Solidworks

Knowledge and/or experience in FEM calculations

Good communication skills
