Qualifications

• MSc in electrical engineering or a related field.
• Experience analysing dielectric behaviour of insulating materials is a plus.
• Experience in analysing and developing production processes and products.
• Knowledge of FEM software, Matlab and related tools for electric fields and dielectrics.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Dutch/German/French an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve calculation models and design methods for dielectric performance.
• Investigate and optimize insulation systems and materials to enhance reliability.
• Design and conduct experiments to validate simulation models and solutions.
• Analyse measurement data and support dielectric investigations.
• Translate research findings into practical design rules and tools for manufacturing.
• Collaborate on research projects with universities, labs and suppliers.
